safety + moderation

To report objectionable content or an abusive user, use the in-app "report" button (on a plan: live results screen → "report this plan"; on a friend: ⋯ menu → "report this user"). Reports are reviewed within 24 hours.

To block another user, use the same ⋯ menu and pick "block". Blocked users are removed from your friends, can't reach you with new invites, and their content is hidden from your view. Manage your block list under Profile → safety.

account help

• Forgot password? Tap "forgot password?" on the sign-in screen. We'll email a reset link.
• Delete account. Profile → "delete account & all data". This permanently wipes your data; cannot be undone.
• Stop notifications. iOS Settings → Notifications → Rally → toggle off.
• Stuck on a screen? Force-quit and reopen — rally restores your session automatically. If that doesn't work, email us with your username and what you were trying to do.
