By creating an account or using rally ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms.
You must be at least 13 years old to use rally. If you are between 13 and the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you may use rally only with the involvement of a parent or guardian.
rally has zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. You agree NOT to post, submit, or share:
Violations result in content removal and account termination, with no warning required.
Every plan and every user profile has a "report" affordance inside rally. Reports are reviewed within 24 hours. Users you block are removed from your friends list, cannot reach you with new invites, and their content is hidden from your view.

You retain ownership of plans, options, votes, and other content you create on rally. You grant rally a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display that content within the Service so the people you share it with can see it.
You may delete your account at any time from the Profile screen. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
rally is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for plans you make with friends, decisions you reach, or anything that happens at the events you organize.
